Refund Policy

Effective 2026-05-26.

The promise

We refund any purchase within 30 days of payment, no questions asked, no judgement. Just email us.

How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@pointcloudprocessing.org from the address on your purchase
  2. Mention the order ID (it's on your receipt and in your account dashboard)
  3. We process refunds through Lemon Squeezy within 3 business days. The money lands back in your account within ~7 days depending on your bank

What happens to your access

When the refund is processed, your access to paid content is revoked. Free chapters remain readable as they are for everyone. Personal notes and bookmarks remain in your account unless you also ask us to delete them.

EU consumer right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. Our 30-day policy is more generous than that. By starting to read or view the content immediately after purchase, you may be asked to acknowledge that you waive your withdrawal right under EU law, but this does not affect our 30-day refund promise, which applies regardless.

Purchases made before the book is complete

If you bought while the book or video course is still in production, you can cancel at any time before the complete deliverable ships for a full refund. Once it is delivered, the 30-day refund window starts.

Bulk and institutional purchases

Bulk and institutional orders are refundable under the same 30-day window. For seat-by-seat reductions or contract changes, email us.

Cohort seats

Live cohorts run occasionally and are sold separately through Maven, which has its own refund policy: full refund up to 7 days before the cohort starts. After the cohort starts, the seat is non-refundable but transferable. Cohort seats are not part of any tier on this platform.

The Practitioner working session

The 45-minute working session included in the Practitioner tier is covered by the same 30-day window as the rest of the tier. If the session has already taken place, we may deduct a reasonable portion from the refund, and we will tell you the amount before processing.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. A chargeback locks the account and triggers fees on our end that get passed to Lemon Squeezy. We will refund you faster than a chargeback can process, so just ask.
