1. Who we are
This site is operated by Abderrazzaq Kharroubi, Sole author and operator, based at Quartier Polytech 1, Allée de la Découverte 9, 4000 Liège, Belgium. The product is "3D Point Cloud Processing, book and video course", delivered through pointcloudprocessing.org. You can reach us at hello@pointcloudprocessing.org.
2. What you're buying
When you purchase a tier (Book, Book + Videos, or Practitioner), you receive a perpetual personal licence to access the content of that tier through your account on pointcloudprocessing.org, plus any digital deliverables included with the tier (the PDF, the video stream, free future revisions).
The licence is personal, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable. You may not redistribute, resell, or share access credentials with others. Each account is for one person. Institutional and bulk licences are available on request.
3. Buying before the book is complete
The book and the video course are sold while still in production. Purchases are billed immediately. From the moment you buy, you can read the published chapters online, and every remaining deliverable of your tier (chapters, the complete PDF, videos) is added to your library as it ships, at no extra cost. You may cancel at any time before the complete book is delivered for a full refund.
4. Accounts
We use passwordless magic-link sign-in. Your purchase email becomes your account. You are responsible for the security of the email address associated with your account.
5. Refunds
We process refunds within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked, for any reason. See the Refund Policy for the full details.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or programmatically harvest the content; remove or obscure copyright notices; share your account or paid content with others; use the platform to harass, defraud, or mislead other users; attempt to break or bypass the access controls.
7. Intellectual property
All book content, videos, illustrations, and code samples are the intellectual property of Abderrazzaq Kharroubi unless otherwise credited. Your licence covers personal use only. Quoting short passages for academic citation is welcomed; please cite the work as shown on the About page.
8. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime. We do not offer a formal SLA and we do not credit for downtime. In the event of an extended outage we will work to restore service and notify affected users by email.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of this platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (notably gross negligence, fraud, or personal injury).
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms. On termination by us for breach, you forfeit access without refund. On termination by you, you may request a refund within the 30-day window (see Refund Policy).
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will email you in advance. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance. Prior versions are archived and available on request.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. EU consumer protection law applies where you are a consumer resident in the EU. Disputes go to the courts of Liège unless EU consumer rules direct otherwise.
